Dr. Narriett Butler is the founder and CEO of Over the Goal Women’s Business Academy (OGWBA). Focusing on women entrepreneurs and small business owners, it strives to enhance the life of urban owners through professional training, career coaching and education that enables them to be a force for social good. 


Holding a dual role as both an executive pastor and entrepreneur, Dr. Butler works to strengthen communities through mentorship, economic development, and advocacy, creating stronger thriving families in a changing world. Training others to leverage the usage of technology and social media, she believes, will help them have a positive impact on family and the society surrounding their lives. 


Dr. Narriett Butler is a graduate of Biblical Seminary, now known as Missio Seminary, earning both her M.Div. and D. Min in Urban Missiology and Church Planting. She’s the founder of Fresh Fire Ministries, inc., and the FireNet Pastor Network. She also has a history of work in corporate America, previously working as a Casualty Underwriter in the legal field for over 25 years. She has previously held the position as micro-business owner of TLC Management Company and Destiny Christian Bookstore. 


This motivational speaker, author, and mother of one son majors in vision casting and leadership that addresses issues affecting the full range of human, social, and spiritual development. As female-owned enterprises are steadily growing all over the world, contributing to household incomes and growth of national economies, Dr. Butler strives to be actively part of the reactive and proactive change in this thriving narrative.

Sanayi Beckles- Canton, LMSW, M.Div., DMIN

New York State Down State Outreach Coordinator

Rev. Dr. Sanayi Beckles- Canton is the Pastor of Emanuel AME church in Tuckahoe NY, an educator, trauma cognitive therapist, community activist, and owner of The Chloe Day School & Wellness Center here in Harlem NY. She is also the founder of the Healing Space, a virtual spiritual & psychotherapeutic counseling space for adults dealing with trauma and parenting challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She believes that healthy relationships, create healthy families that build healthy communities. She is married to David Canton and is the proud mother of six sons and two granddaughters.

 

Rev. Canton believes that we must grow our children up in a holistic way, that not only focuses on academic, talents or skills, but we must also nurture their spirits as individuals; building good moral character in them.
