Under Deidre Helberg’s visionary leadership, Helberg Electrical Supply LLC has grown from an East-coast-centered firm into a leading national provider of technology- based electrical solutions, with project capability across the US. During her time as President of Helberg Electrical Supply, Deidre has won city, state and federal con- tracts throughout the country, added power generation, smart grid products and services, while conserving natural resources through Helberg Electrical Supply’s renewable energy (solar and wind) products and enhanced the firm’s product and service offerings. Ms. Helberg founded Helberg Electrical Supply in May of 2003. President and Chief Executive Officer of Helberg Electrical Supply LLC (HES), she leads the firm’s development and implementation of long-range programs and policies. Today, HES carries a full array of energy smart grid solutions which include power generation, power distribution, LED lighting, fixtures, and renewables. Over the course of her career, Deidre has received numerous honors and awards. She also serves as the Founder and President of U.S. Coalition of Black Women Businesses Inc.
Alvina Mickel started her career in the Merchant Service/Financial Service Industry back in 1987 with National Bank Card Company as a chargeback specialist, she was responsible for cardholder disputes filed against merchant’s. She became the Customer Service Supervisor and move into the role of a Relationship Manger in the Banking Services Unit where she was responsible for negotiating contracts, training clients on new products and services. In 2016 Alvina decided with the knowledge she has acquired over the many years in the Merchant Service/Financial Service Industry she would branch out on her own. She partnered with Merchant Pro Express (MPX) as an Independent Agent Owner. In 2020 she partnered with Card Connect as an Independent Agent Owner. Alvina has developed card processing solutions for countless businesses, she understands that each business has unique needs and deserves personalized service and support. She is currently the VP of The US Coalition of Black Woman Business (USCBWB).
Anita D Russell is committed to doing BIG things—building community, inspiring change, and giving back. She is the Founder/Principal of The Place to SOAR, a social enterprise dedicated to cultivating change, disrupting limiting beliefs, and empowering deep self-knowledge to unleash human potential. She utilizes appreciative coaching with a strength-based approach and specializes in Activism through Coaching by creating a brave space for conversations about racism, personal transformation, and social change. She is also the visionary behind Inflexion Point Media, a podcast under development to normalize speaking truth to empower personal transformation and social change. Anita’s life and career spans multiple disciplines, including pharmaceutical R&D, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and community service. She is an independent author with multiple bestsellers to her credit. Anita is a Global Business Connector for Women Speakers Association. She also serves as a Regional VP of the U.S. Coalition of Black Women Businesses; the VP of Media Relations for the Edna B. McKenzie Pittsburgh Branch of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH); and is a board member of OMA Pittsburgh Center for Mind, Body, Spirit.
Crystal Turner-Moffatt is a Professional Consultant in the field of Environmental Health and Safety. Raised in Harlem, NY, Crystal has broken down barriers in the construction industry as a safety professional and business owner. Crystal is proud to be a woman of color in this male-dominated industry. Crystal is a Ph.D. candidate, at Capitol Technology University and she also studied in the Master of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences (EOHS) program at Hunter College-CUNY. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University, and a Bioterrorism Preparedness Certificate from Hunter College CUNY. She has had more than 20 years of experience in the health and safety field in multifaceted environments. Crystal is President and owner of the MWBE Certified Safety firm CDT EHS Consulting LLC, and Production Health and Safety Supervisor at CTEH LLC.
