For nearly two decades, I have served as a New York City public servant in healthcare. As a native of the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, I am committed to playing a critical role in the revitalization of my home town and similar communities throughout the country.
Over the past decade, I have worked diligently to build alliances and strategic partnerships, for the purposes of gaining momentum to transform communities. With a focus on economic, community and business development, I founded the Entrepreneurs of New York in 2010.
Using social media as an engagement platform, the ENY Face Book group has grown to over 8,000 members. Additional work includes hosting a weekly blog talk radio show “Black Reconstruction”. Each week individuals or groups are interviewed to discuss issues surrounding community growth and development to identify viable solutions to create self-sustaining neighborhoods.
